Koh Samui Water Sports are fully insured to provide water sports to the general public. We hold the necessary permits and licenses as required by the Thai authorities. We ask before booking a water sports experience with Koh Samui Water Sports you read the insurance disclaimer. You will be required to sign the consent form before you partake in the water sports. The insurance disclaimer once signed is enforceable. By signing the insurance declaration you are confirming you have read and understood the terms and conditions.

Insurance Disclaimer: If you tamper or interfere with the equipment your insurance cover will be void immediately and the sports stopped immediately. No refund will be given for any lost time incurred. Koh Samui Water Sports take no responsibility for customers who do not obey the safety procedures in place. The water sports will be halted for any violation of the safety standards.

The insurance is automatically void for none compliance should there be an accident or incident causing damage or harm.

Signing the Insurance Disclaimer confirms your understanding of the safety rules and guidelines. Any infringements of rules that put the safety of yourself and others at risk will result in the immediate cancellation of the tour. No refunds for lost time will given. Any damage to the equipment will be payable in full by the customer. The management/owner reserve all rights there are no exceptions the decision is final.
